based on the design of Precious Plastic We include;

* Laser cut pieces for the assembly of the box, in regular steel.

* 4 units M16 threads, made in the side plates.

* Shaft according to Precious Plastic design, in regular steel, with keyway included.

* 2 Bearings, according to the specifications of Precious Plastic ( UCFL 206)

* Laser cut pieces for the sieve holder and mesh (sieve thickness 1.5 mm and D 8 mm)

* Screws.

All laser cut parts are made from  structural steel.

If you want a variant with anti-wear steel blades, do not hesitate to contact us, and we will indicate the price and delivery time.

This new version does NOT require welding (only for the sieve and sieve holder), and assembly is easier.

The pieces are supplied unfiled, so you will have to file them and adjust the pieces to the final size.

We have a manual with photos, plans, etc... to facilitate its assembly.

This new version presents the following improvements, compared to V2.1

* Welding is not necessary, so assembly is significantly simplified.

* More robust shaft, 36 mm hexagonal.

* More robust bearings. D 30mm.

* Shaft with key incorporated.

* Thicker side plates.

With our Kit you would NOT get the complete shredder. In order to have the complete Shredder, you would need the following elements;

• Hopper filled.
• Support bench.
• Electric motor y reductora.
• Coupling between reducer and shaft, (we recommend using an elastic coupling)
• Electrical and control elements.

Also indicate that the parts are supplied directly from laser cutting, so it is necessary to sand them. 

You will need to weld the sieve and sieve holder ( if you want to use it)

1. LASER CUT PIECES

All our pieces are made of S235 Regular Steel (or similar, depending on availability).

In rev3, we've made small changes to the designs, fixing small bugs and improving the original blueprints to facilitate better fit between the different components.

All parts are manufactured using laser cutting technology.



This technology makes it possible to manufacture parts with a high quality/finish, at the same time as with at excellent tolerances.

2. REGULAR STEEL SHAFT

Shafts according to the original drawings of Precious Plastic, manufactured with F-112 (or F-114) regular steel, using CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) technology.

This technology allows the shafts to be manufactured with a great finish and excellent manufacturing tolerances.

All our screws, manufactured with a quality 8.8 or 10.9 (EN ISO 898-1), having zinc, galvanized or blued finishes, thus offering great resistance and durability.
