MOULDS

Robust moulds, designed to optimize molding times and the raw material used in the coasters.

From a single injection, you will get 4 coasters. (hexagonal or circular).

* 4 Hexagons with a side of 78 mm and a thickness of 4 mm. or

* 4 Circles 80 mm in diameter and 4 mm thick.

We include a large number of screws, to ensure that the plastic does not go through between the plates.

We include;

* Upper plate, made of carbon steel, 6 mm thick, with entry for plastic D10mm

* Lower plate, made of regular steel, 6 mm thick.

* Intermediate plate for 4 hexagonal coasters, made of regular steel

4mm

* Intermediate plate for 4 circular coasters, made of regular steel of

4mm

* Screws, with wing nuts (quick opening and closing) and normal nuts, so that you can decide which one is best for you to use.

To extend the life of the mold, we recommend that you rest the bottom on a flat surface.
