MOULD
Mould designed for SheetPress, to mold sheets A5 size (210mm x 148mm), 4mm thick.
Manufactured from high quality 4mm thick regular steel sheet, making it quite robust and durable.
Perfect for creating sheets of recycled plastic, to create A5 size notebook covers, sheets for later machining, etc...
Its innovative design, totally removable, molding/demoulding tasks are facilitated.
Designed to contain the shredder plastic, and its subsequent compression and melting.
We include wing nuts and "slots" (slotted holes) for faster molding/demoulding.
Easy adaptation to your specific SheetPrees model
(adaptation to your Sheetprees not included).
The mould includes 6 pieces.
If you want another design, you only have to change the intermediate piece, taking advantage of the other 5 pieces, with the consequent cost savings....
Feel free to ask us for different configurations. A circle for a wall clock? A rectangle to make bars? ...
AMOUNT OF PLASTIC
In the table below, we calculate the amount of plastic (in grams) you need for our SheetPress A5 mould.
It will depend on the density of the material used.
For example, if you use PP, the density of this material will be between 1.58 gr/cm3 and 1.04 gr/cm3.

We have not included PVC because it is dangerous.
