At Precious Plastic Capi Spain, we are constantly innovating to make recycling more efficient and accessible. The Mar Menor Moulds are inspired by the Mar Menor ( Murcia, Spain) and designed to combine practicality with creativity.
From a single injection, you will obtain 4 coasters (hexagonal or circular).
4 Hexagons of 78 mm of side and 4 mm thick.
4 Circles of 80 mm diameter and 4 mm thick.
We include a large number of screws, to ensure that the plastic does not transfer between the parts:
- Top plate, made of carbon steel, 6 mm thick, with plastic inlet D10mm
- Bottom plate, made of carbon steel, thickness 6 mm.
- Intermediate plate for 4 hexagonal coasters, made of 4 mm carbon steel.
- Intermediate plate for 4 circular coasters, made of 4 mm carbon steel.
- Screws, with quick opening and closing wing nuts and normal nuts, so that you can decide which one suits you best.
- To extend the life of the mould, we recommend that you place the bottom of the mould on a flat surface.
