Description: Creation and vectorization of a three-dimensional lighthouse silhouette based on a single photograph.
Material: AISI 304 stainless steel.
Components (3 pieces): Clamping plates and the main lighthouse cavity matrix (Top, Down, Light House).
Industrial precision from your own blueprints. We manufactured this 3-piece modular set in AISI 304 Stainless Steel, accurately following the design files and technical layouts provided by our client. Optimized to offer maximum strength and seamless part release for manufacturing surf fins from recycled plastic.
Maximum versatility for your existing moulds. We manufacture custom plates and moulds as add-ons for our modular mould series. In this case, at the client’s request, we designed a slotted plate compatible with our “Mar Mediterráneo” circular mould, allowing them to efficiently produce recycled plastic soap dishes.
