Precious Plastic Capi Spain

“Precious Plastic Capi Spain”,  guarantees that all our “Industrial Products” correspond to the description of the same.

If the customer receives a “Product” that does not conform to the description, “Precious Plastic Capi Spain” will replace the “ faulty” product at no cost to the customer.

The customer has 14 calendar days to verify and check the Products received and to request their replacement.

To request a replacement, the customer must send an email describing the defect detected, attaching photos, videos, etc., where the said “defect” can be clearly seen.

Delivery periods are provided for guidance only, as they are subject to external factors (including customs authorities, transport companies, and others).

“Precious Plastic Capi Spain” warrants the integrity of its products, including shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer. Should the customer receive any packaging showing breakages, damages, or similar issues, the customer shall record such on the carrier’s delivery note, take photographs evidencing the issue, and promptly notify “Precious Plastic Capi Spain.”

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the customer elects to return the goods for reasons other than those specified above, the customer shall have fourteen (14) calendar days to request the return and shall, at their own expense, dispatch the products to the postal address previously provided by “Precious Plastic Capi Spain.”

Upon receipt of the goods, “Precious Plastic Capi Spain” shall have fourteen (14) calendar days to conduct an inspection. Should any parts be found to have been improperly used (including but not limited to welding residues, impacts, machining, etc.), “Precious Plastic Capi Spain” shall notify the customer of the value of the damaged parts, which amount shall be deducted from the total refund. Furthermore, associated costs (including bank charges, sales platform commissions, shipping expenses, etc.) shall be deducted, together with an additional twenty euros (€20) for handling and packaging. The refund shall be effected by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.

The customer agrees to use the products solely for their intended purpose and shall comply with all applicable local safety measures and regulations.

In the event that the customer wishes to take legal action, it must be done in the courts of the city of Seville (Spain).

By purchasing some of our products, the customer accepts these “Terms and Conditions”.
