Complete disassembled Precious Plastic V3.3 shredder kit in carbon steel with blades, hex shaft, bearings, and hardware.

 

Includes;

All laser cutting parts are made of regular steel.
If you would like a variant with wear-resistant steel blades, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will provide you with the price and delivery time.

We include parts for the sieve holder. If you wish to use it, you will have to weld it.

The parts are supplied unfiled, so you will need to file and adjust them to the final size.

⚙️ Options

The kit offers multiple configuration options

We offer a variant with the four M16 threads already made—an essential step for assembling the machine, as these threads are where the bearing bolts are inserted. You can choose to carry out this operation yourself or have us deliver the plates with the threads already completed.

We have an option with the sieve with holes D= 8 mm (e = 1,5 mm, 149x149 mm) or with the sieve with holes D= 4 mm (e = 1,5 mm, 149x149 mm).

We also supply the individual components separately, according to your requerements.

Shafts based on the original Precious Plastic design, manufactured from F-112 (or F-114) regular steel using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology.

This process allows for high-quality surface finishes and excellent manufacturing tolerances.

🔹 Bolts and nults
  • 🔩 Heavy Metrics: Includes 4 high-tensile M16 structural bolts and 6 housing tensioner through-bolts.
  • 🔧 KM7 Locknuts: Premium M35 metric slotted locknuts for a tight, millimeter-perfect securing of the shaft.
  • 📏 Calibrated Tensioners: M10 metric threaded through-rods cut to the exact length for a rigid and reliable interlocking of the steel plates.
  • 📦 Full Hardware Set: Supplied with all the thick flat washers and nylon locknuts required for a permanent structural assembly.
    • 💪 Industrial Grade: Fasteners carefully selected to endure continuous mechanical vibrations and high motor torque.


 
  • 🔄 UCFL-206 Units: Two self-aligning bearing assemblies engineered to absorb the heaviest forces and radial loads.
  • 🛡️ Flanged Housing: Heavy-duty grey cast iron housing featuring two symmetrical fixing holes for structural M16 bolts.
  • 🔒 Set Screw Locking: The widened inner ring of the bearing includes two Allen set screws to securely grip the 30 mm shaft and prevent slippage.
  • ⚙️ Dust-Tight Sealing: Equipped with reinforced rubber seals that prevent plastic dust or impurities from entering the internal bearing races.
    • 💧 Easy Maintenance: Includes external grease nipples to ensure quick lubrication and extend the overall lifespan under continuous operations.

  • ⚡ D = 8 mm Sieve (High Speed): Engineered to optimize your workshop’s workflow. It allows faster material passage, resulting in higher shredding speed per hour. Perfect if you need to process large volumes of plastic quickly.

 

  • 🔎 D = 4 mm Sieve (Maximum Filtering): Designed for high-precision projects. It delivers a much smaller and uniform shredded plastic size, ideal for directly feeding injection machines or filament extruders without jamming.

 

  • 🛠️ Interchangeable & Robust: Both sieves are laser-cut from high-strength carbon steel, guaranteeing a perfect millimeter-accurate fit inside the shredder’s bottom drawer.
Optional M16 Structural Thread Machining Service
To streamline the assembly process in your own workshop, we offer an optional industrial drilling and threading service for the main side plates (Box Plate 1).
  • 🛠️ Metric Machining: We perform 4 precise M16 metric threaded machinings (2 holes per side housing plate) using specialized workshop equipment.
  • 🔩 Bearing Alignment: These threads are specifically designed for inserting the structural M16 bolts that secure and fasten the shredder bearings [INDEX].
  • 🔧 Direct Assembly: Your kit arrives ready to interlock, allowing you to move directly to the bolting stages with the peace of mind that all thread pitches are 100% accurate, clean, and perfectly aligned.
